Armed with a robust foundation in manufacturing and supply chain dynamics, he joins forces with clients, their teams, and fellow experts to implement adaptable and lasting solutions.
As the Senior Vice President at IC Biomedical, LLC, Jason spearheaded global operations for a private equity-supported acquisition of two cryogenic storage equipment companies. In this capacity, he orchestrated the swift establishment of a new factory, the relocation of manufacturing operations, ERP integration, and oversaw both direct and indirect staffing for a $35 million enterprise. During his tenure as the Global Head of Supply Chain at Innovative Water Care, he took charge of global planning, transportation, distribution, and procurement efforts. He revamped the global planning function, introduced an S&OP cadence, and played a pivotal role in a robust SKU consolidation and working capital improvement initiative for a $600 million enterprise catering to retailers, distributors, industrial clients, and municipalities.
During his tenure with Chart Industries’ Biomedical division, Jason navigated global supply chain activities through three acquisitions while centralizing operations, concurrently doubling revenue. His journey of increasing responsibilities culminated in becoming the Vice President of Global Operations for CAIRE, Inc., following Chart’s carve-out and divestiture of their respiratory medical device business to NGK Spark Plug Co., Ltd. Prior to his Chart role, Jason held positions in third-party logistics, furniture retail, consulting, and automotive manufacturing.
Jason’s academic accomplishments include a MPS in Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University, a BSc in Industrial Management from Clemson University, and a CPSM designation from the Institute of Supply Management.
